Refund Policy

At A4USolution, we strive to provide high-quality digital marketing and web development services. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing any services.

1. Refund Policy

  • All payments made for services are non-refundable, except in cases where A4USolution fails to deliver the agreed-upon services.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@a4usolution.com within 7 days of service delivery or invoice issuance.

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days.

  • Partial payments for completed milestones or work already delivered are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may request to cancel services at any time by sending a written notice to contact@a4usolution.com.

  • Cancellation requests submitted before work has started may be eligible for a full refund of any advance payment, minus any administrative fees.

  • Cancellation requests submitted after work has commenced are subject to a deduction for work completed and resources utilized.

  • Any ongoing campaigns, website development, or marketing activities will be stopped immediately upon approval of cancellation.

3. Service-Specific Conditions

  • Digital Marketing Campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, etc.): Refunds for advertising spend are not provided. Refunds apply only to service fees charged by A4USolution.

  • Web Development or Design Projects: Partial refunds may apply only for undelivered services as per project milestones.

4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

  • Submit your request in writing to contact@a4usolution.com with your project details, invoice number, and reason for refund or cancellation.

  • Our team will review the request and respond within 3–5 business days.

5. Changes to Policy

A4USolution reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
