Welcome to A4USolution (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by A4USolution, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of our website and services.

2. Services

A4USolution is a digital marketing and web services agency based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We provide professional services including, but not limited to:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Google Ads Management
  • Facebook & Social Media Advertising
  • Website Design & Development
  • Graphics Design
  • Video Editing
  • Digital Marketing Consulting and Strategy

Service descriptions, pricing, and availability may change from time to time without prior notice. Specific service details and deliverables will be defined in the project proposal or agreement with the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to cooperate with A4USolution and provide the necessary information and resources required to complete the project successfully. Client responsibilities include:

  • Providing accurate and complete project information
  • Supplying required materials such as content, images, branding assets, or account access credentials
  • Responding to communications and providing approvals in a timely manner

A4USolution is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, delayed feedback, or lack of cooperation from the client.

4. Payment Terms

Clients must pay 50% of the total service fee upfront at the time of project confirmation or service agreement. Work will begin only after the initial payment has been received.

The remaining 50% balance must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date or before the next service cycle begins, whichever occurs first.

For ongoing or monthly services, clients must clear any outstanding payments before the next billing period begins in order to continue receiving services.

If payment is not received within the specified timeframe, A4USolution reserves the right to:

  • Pause or suspend ongoing services
  • Delay project delivery
  • Withhold final deliverables or files until payment is completed

If a client cancels a project after the initial payment has been made, the client may request a refund of up to 20% of the initial payment, depending on the amount of work already completed at the time of cancellation.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, content, strategies, source files, code, and other materials created by A4USolution remain the intellectual property of A4USolution until full payment for the project or service has been received.

Upon full payment, the client is granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the delivered materials for their intended business purposes.

Clients may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, or modify the delivered materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent from A4USolution.

6. Confidentiality

Both A4USolution and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the course of the project.

Confidential information may include, but is not limited to:

  • Business strategies and marketing plans
  • Account login credentials
  • Financial or operational data
  • Project-related documentation

Neither party shall disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent, unless required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

A4USolution shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as:

  • Search engine ranking positions
  • Lead generation results
  • Advertising performance or ROI
  • Sales growth or revenue increases

Results may vary depending on market conditions, competition, platform algorithms, and client cooperation.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve the use of third-party platforms, tools, or services including but not limited to:

  • Google
  • Facebook / Meta
  • Web hosting providers
  • Analytics and marketing software

A4USolution is not responsible for changes, outages, policy updates, account suspensions, or technical issues caused by these third-party platforms.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice.

If termination occurs, the client remains responsible for paying for all services performed up to the termination date.

Any completed work delivered prior to termination remains the property of A4USolution until full payment has been received.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.

Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

11. Changes to Terms

A4USolution reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Any updates will be reflected on this page with the updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
